What we do at Raising Stars is to focus on under development of individuals to reach their full max potential through football. We intend to prepare every player for what is necessary life skills that they will require later on in their life. So these might be for example

• Moral value and ethics
• Soft skills (e.g decision making, inter personal skills self management problem solving emotional intelligence, resilience and communication skills)
